# Messages

> Send and manage SMS and email communications with customers

The Messages module lets you send and manage communications with your customers via SMS and email.

## Features

| Feature       | Description                                                                       |
| ------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Compose**   | Send a new message to one or multiple customers                                   |
| **Templates** | Use pre-configured message templates (see [Templates](/communications/templates)) |
| **History**   | View the sent message log with delivery status                                    |
| **Filters**   | Filter by date range, message type, or recipient                                  |
