    SoftISP is a cloud-based Internet Service Provider (ISP) management platform built by Zabbuli Systems Limited. It handles customer billing, internet packages, network devices, agents, and full financial management from one dashboard. See [Introduction](/gettingstarted/introduction).

  <Accordion title="I forgot my password. How do I get back in?">
    On the login page, click **Forgot Password**, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. Full steps are in [Forgot / Reset Password](/gettingstarted/forgot-password).

  <Accordion title="What's the difference between Finance > Invoices and Billing > Invoices?">
    **Finance > Invoices** manages invoices you send to *your* customers. **Billing > Invoices** manages the platform subscription invoices *you* receive from Zabbuli Systems for using SoftISP itself.

  <Accordion title="How do I disconnect a customer who's currently online?">
    Go to [Online Customers](/customers/online-customer), find the customer in the list, and click **Disconnect** to forcibly end their active session.

  <Accordion title="Where do I add or edit internet packages and pricing?">
    Internet packages (tariffs) are managed under **Internet > Packages**, where you can set speed, price, duration, and link a Fair Usage Policy.

  <Accordion title="How are API keys and credentials kept secure?">
    All credentials — MikroTik API access, payment gateway keys, SMS provider tokens — are stored encrypted and masked in the UI under [Credentials / Secrets](/settings/credentials).
